It took years of the fandom shipping them, now they actually meet, so happy. When they get married, Eyja will have new science parents to support her research lol

^^^ IIRC, basically, doctor made ifrit the leader of a small squad with eyja, mint and beeswax, to explore a cave. ifrit is too anxious over the others thru the mission and keeps worrying over eyja. This art might be reference to when eyja falls and ifrit is checking her hand. (Also, ifrit calls eyja "little lamb" in this oprec)
