Considering that Diana's left hand is nowhere to be seen, what's going on should be pretty straightforward. Well, gayforward, more accurately. :P

^^ Except that given the angle, you wouldn't normally expect it to be seen. The artist would have wanted to make it conspicuously unseen if that were the case.
I think @AToastyCoyote is closer to the intended meaning, except that I think it involves both of them. Note that they're both sweating, and together the two have eight limbs.

I'm not sure about the octoppus. For what I know it's a kind of joke in Japan. Curiously, the first time I notice it, was in BNA, another trigger anime, when Michiru is undressed by the baseball team.
