Yes they met and Fu Hua knocked her off really easy with one attack lol. After retraining the box Kallen tried to find her but wasn't able to Fu Hua turned into goulash by her students and the rest is history

^in a way, I'm thankful for Fu Hua not being in Taixuan, because Yae Sakura and Kallen's love story would have never happen if she's there.

This is why this image is what I believe would have happen in alternate universe where Kallen managed to find Fu Hua.
