Miko's not a pure fox though so I wonder if her pregnancy period is the same?

^not unless she's pregnant with foxes. Humans have longer gestation periods for a reason.
Not that it would be relevant here, that android body doesn't even breathe...

^you really need to re-read the lore. Okay mega plot spoilers follow... The humanoid Raiden walking around is the Shogun replicant Ei built to serve as her proxy (robustness and ease of repair and maintenance were apparently design priorities, it's meant to last for ~eTeRnItY~ after all) and sometimes ASSUMES DIRECT CONTROL of when she decides to leave her little innerspace meditation retreat.
She transferred her own consciousness into that sword the Shogun keeps stored in its cleavagesome kinda internal pocket-dimension Hammerspace - what happened to her original physical body afterwards is not mentioned. Amusingly when she briefed the replicant of this step of the plan back in the day it apparently actually went to the effect of "are you quite sure about this, master?"
In short neither entity is exactly "alive" in any conventional biological sense. Funfact: did you know Raiden uniquely doesn't get that exhalation condensation puff in Dragonspine...?

^^ The last part of what you said may or may not be intentional. Albedo originally had the same thing but they patched the breath for dragonspine in later.

^Dragonspine was new then, plus that sounds like bit of a communication mixup between the writing and visual dept's as Gold's creations though artificial are very much organic and alive that got quickly sorted out. Raiden is nigh certainly intentional given the background lore, no other char coming out around the same time having that quirk (implying it's not a simple oversight) and the visual peeps being by now well used to the peculiarities of that area.
Personal pet theory: Ei's replicants are highly derived and refined Khaenri'ah Ruin Machine tech, possibly with some cues taken from those spoopy Maguu Kenki thingies (which are suggested to be someone's attempts at immortality). The lore only vaguely says she picked up the basic idea from somewhere then spent a lot of time and effort improving it and IIRC Yae at one point offhandedly refers to her having learned the "trick" of transferring souls into inanimate objects from an unspecified "someone" - among the weird in-universe stuff we currently know of those seem to fit the bill the closest.
