Just to be clear, I know the other Artoria is "Castoria" but I was just poking fun at her being both an Artoria face and a caster which are two traits that the Morgana from her timeline would have (I know the FGO Morgan is technically a Berserker but she's also from a different timeline).

Personally I'm not really worried about the class since lately it's pretty normal for servants to manifest as different ones due to various circumstances, and I'd only be worried about PTSD if Castoria had more of Morgan's visual traits. The "Saber Face" trait the sisters and Artorias have aside, Morgan has a different hair color and eye color, paler skin. Artoria and Castoria are more similar to each other visually than Morgan is to either of them. So that's why I think this would be less of a case of PTSD, and more of looking in the mirror and going "damn I'm hot" :D
