...I understand how you came to that conclusion, but no. Noel and Flare (top) are an IRL couple, with matching rings. The artist here is shipping Pekora and Marine by suggesting they're also couple with rings, just hidden behind their gloves

Although there is a certain amount hints pointing to that, there is no real evidence they're dating. And i doubt you will heard any of them said they are. It's best to respect their private life and not asking to them if they are.

...It's more like the opposite? When asked about their relationship they say things like "Oh yeah, we see each other naked all the time". You can argue that we shouldn't entirely believe anything a vtuber says about their personal life, but Flare is one of the more genuine Holomems, and the way she abruptly started referring to Noel as her lover was fairly striking
