It's the same artist, but I think the tab icon came from this comic - https://safebooru.donmai.us/posts/509696 - (8th panel down, I think) which unfortunately has yet to be transcribed. (I was about to say "oddly enough has yet to be", but then I looked at the comic again and realized it'd probably be a massive pain to do, so not all that odd.)

^The author seems to have deleted it from his pixiv, too. So there wouldn't even be a viable source if someone did translate it.
It's still kinda funny that nobody got to it even though it's this website's icon, yeah.
I think I'll try to do it, since I'm really bored right now.
