As it stands now in the manga, that Emilyko's and Kate's noses being drawn differently instead of identical like other pairs is actually intentional from the beginning, thus I can't help but have my attention drawn to such detail in the fanart ever since, to see if anyone keeps up with such minor detail. None found, so far.
