The series did come in 5th place in a recent ranking for ‘top manga series we want to see animated’ in japan

It only just got the physical light novel announced in Japan. It may need to be much more popular in its home demographic to get an anime D:

Anime when?
Well for it to be made into an anime it would require it to be consistently popular, so I'm guessing about half a year more or so before production comes underway

I love how easily flustered Claire is! She tries so hard to be a total tsundere and an alpha bitch... And yet, whenever Rei does her usual "I love you" shtick, she starts radiating serious "bottom" energy.
