I hope they can include her via DLC. That way they can bypass the "we can't add her because she's not present at this point in the story timeline" reasoning. Fate and Tsukihime lore already does a lot of mental gymnastics, so this shouldn't be too much of a stretch.

If you mean Sion, how can you have Melty Blood without her, the plot of the game is literally built on her and TATARI.
