I guess I'm not a artist or something but I think the background kinda unclear. It makes the picture look hard,tough and simple. But still it looks fine anyway.

What's unclear? They're having sex in an effort not to freeze to death on that ice floe they were stranded on without clothing. A normal, everyday occurrence.
