Oh so that's what this is about. Well I don't really aim for clue 7 since I get tons of it so I don't use Ange for clue finding at all.

If we're talking about clues here,this actually means that the one using this combo both doesn't have or doesn't use Ch'en for clue gathering and is fully intending on spamming their mates with Clue 7.
As per this guide,we can see that Ch'en is the fastest at 51% whilst Astesia is only 1% slower,whilst Angelina is 11th with 36%,but she is the Clue 7 focused one(the only other being Elysium).
But you could also say that this is a six star seeking affectionate favor from the superior five through an emotional interaction.
