Maybe they're just licking each other clean, before going with their respective partner?

^Lets just take a moment to retract that statement. Preferably, at least for me, they cleaned themselves BEFORE eating ass. Implying that they're cleaning ass via oral is horrifically disgusting.

Are several people here just talking about eating shit? I really hope you're just going for shock value and aren't actually being serious.

Ah okay phew, apologies. I usually see /s and /j is new to me, plus well I just woke up after 3 hours of sleep so I might be 90% asleep still.

Dragons are like dogs, they lick "there" as a salutation.

It's probably a much safer act for dragons; when your digestive tract is adapted for literal fire (and, more seriously, when you're incapable of being sick), someone else's gut flora in the wrong place isn't a big deal.
(On the other hand, Kobayashi could be in trouble, for exactly the same reason; the kind of microbes that could colonize a dragon might give a flimsier person some serious trouble.)
