@juanelric It sure seems a slightly less gruesome take on the solomon parable- in that one, solomon says lets cut the child in half so each woman claiming to be the mother can have half each lol..
The idea being - the real mom quickly jumps in saying NO! she can have the child! because she cares for the child as a mother should- and solomon gives the child to her.. Its kinda a silly idea tho not showing 'wisdom' - even the woman not his mother isnt gonna want the kid cut in half and isnt that unlikely she could of spoke first.

The Solomon version of the story being nonsense meant that when it spread into other cultures it got changed into something less stupid; most of Asia has the mothers pull on the child, with the real mom being the one to let go because she doesn't want to hurt her kid
