Miki is a minor character, one of Hisao's classmates. She's an upbeat jock like Emi, and her left hand is amputated for reasons I don't remember if they ever explain.

It has been forever since I played this game. Was not expecting to see it on dynasty.

^^The reason for Miki's amputation is never explained, though there was originally plans to have a route with her that got cut due to time constraints. I think there's a mod for the game that adds it in based on a leaked draft of her routes script

^ The script wasn't leaked, one of the writers of KS released a Miki script that's from Miki's perspective and has Suzu and Hisao route, and then another group put it into Ren'py. It's still a fan route because it's not actually official but it's a little closer to official since it's by one of the writers

I think Miki only shows up once with any lines, in Lily's route if I'm not mistaken. (AKA the best route.) The only other times you see her are like... 2 CG's that she's in the background of. It's definitely not surprising that many people wouldn't know who she is.
Also, if anyone is interested in that script previously mentioned, it's called "Summer's Clover".
