IIRC according to the Chinese shipping poll posted in the Arknights thread it was Doctor x Silverash, though that was a while ago and obviously not representative of the entire Arknights fandom.

The ship ranking came from this video which I think is outdated now. It was originally posted back in March. HoshiChen is indeed the most popular yuri ship at number 4. Doc x SilverAsh is the most popular ship in general at number 1. Ranks 2 and 3 are yaoi ships.
