^^ Well, AFAIK they never said “we’re going out” or anything like that and they don’t want to label their relationship, but maybe check out this summary of their relationship until June.

If that wall of text isn’t your thing, well…

• They flirt on-stream pretty much all the time. (Inconclusive, since other vtubers do that for fanservice too.)
• They kiss, lick and bite each other on-stream. (They also said playing the Pocky game is pointless because they end up kissing every time and don’t know who lost. Chat concluded that everyone wins.)
• It’s heavily implied that they have sex. (Already back in February 2020, Tomoe promised to get Sukoya laid. Then there’s slip-ups like this and “Don’t check if you’ve cut your nails!”…)
• They’re both into SM and they’re apparently doing various things. (When Sukoya had to translate English SM terms, she asked “Have we done that?” to narrow it down.)
• They’re considering to introduce each other to their families (at least Papa-yuki and Kana-mama already know).
• They’re apparently properly thinking about marriage.
• There’s an official Nijisanji “animation” for their legendary high-impact-flirting sleepover stream.
