Personally, it never has been the age the problemwith the ship but Hana's attitude. Beside being creeped by Miyako's attitude which is normal, it's more than she seem to be attracted only by Miyako's cooking.

I think Hana doesn't love Miyako in particular. She feels sorry for her, yes. She loves her food, yes. But compared to Matsumoto, there's nothing really going on on Hana's side. It probably can't end like Majo to Houki to Kurobuchi Megane.
