^Just spam magic over and over, and chug all the consumables you have. That's my strategy for all the bosses, and it pretty much always works.
Also grinding.
And she's the shop lady, you buy potions and stuff from her. Also a playable character in Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon.

Pretty sure they just added an easy mode but it is rather unnecessary seeing as like most Castlevania Metrodvanias the difficulty drops off entirely when you find the right equipment.

Yeah, if you don't mind grinding for shards and items, and remember to cook and upgrade shards as much as possible, you can brute force pretty much any boss. And yes, near the end of the game you can very easily become so powerful that it's a cakewalk. Do the sidequests, and finish the final boss in less than a minute because you have unlimited diamond bullets.
