Finn isnt adopted dafuq. Catra is the last magicat of her kind so clearly this is the work of magic babies. I dont think its impossible considering Adora can turn into a 8ft tall magical girl and shapeshift her sword into anything. If u get what I mean.

Well not everyone get the same hair as their parents.. they can get a darker or lighter types of hqir in any families

@kickap00 there are some hybirds left around etheria. Most notably is one of the people whose boat Seahawk burnt, she can be seen in season 4 in the ship where Seahawk and Bow were taken captive, and season 5 in the spy episode as a part of the bunch who Mermista beat up and and captured and has beef with Seahawk.

And Finn is clearly designed to be their biological child, they're a combination of traits from both mothers.

The creators made the character in response to a question posed by a fan of what Adora and Catra's kid would be like, is the short answer. Whether or not that makes it canon is debatable.

If it's canon that Scorpia has two biological moms (which it pretty much is, she looks like a combination of both of them), then same sex conception is probably completely normal on Etheria, even for people who don't have She-ra powers. Somehow.
