In case anyone's confused, this is a reference to the annual Touhou character popularity vote. This year, Koishi got 3rd, Marisa got 4th, and Flandre got 5th, hence this image. Link to the results here - this year Youmu got 1st place while Reimu got 2nd.

I'm more surprised Reimu's being bumped off from first place. Though that might be because of the most recently released game including Youmu as a PC.

Koishi's been surprisingly popular for a while now - she even got 1st place back in 2015 despite not being playable in any of the main games (aside from the fighting games).
