Bubble tea, there was a meme some time last year about drawing busty girls balancing a cup of it on their breasts and drinking without using their hands, most likely what this is working off of.
I don't know what country the meme originated from, but I'm pretty sure that's why bubble tea was used for the drink instead of any other random drink with straws.
It's sort of hilarious how fitting this picture is for a sadistic Kaede.
