Long story short, in some fantasy world a medical company is trying to figure out the cure/treatment for a deadly disease. Whoever they'll have to fight against a terrorist group of people that are infected with this disease and are tired of being treated as second class citzens(or worse.). Also, most people in your medical company have the disease too.
