Not that I know of. I know she uses it to slap enemies with during her Extra attack. Also given the tail size, I'd think it'd be painful to...

Liz' tail and nails are both very sharp. They are not meant to be used to please a partner. That is why she will eternally bottom. The biggest bottom in the Extraverse in fact. She can't even dominate Hakunon in her own dreams lol
