Yeah, Eroha is more of a joke and pun (which I think was mentioned in the JP version of the Kamihama Rarity Star event), just like how Mitama is a molester according to some of the fanbase and that Yachiyo wants a underage harem.

Sakurako herself expresses that she views all four of them as her parents, and she is extremely protective of them as a result, generally speaking you only have to as much as imply that you would harm them to get her to try to kill you for it, specially Nemu and Touka, as they are forbidden to use their magic post part 1 as punishment for their actions while they were the Magius, and currently aren't even allowed to transform, and thus are the most defenseless, plus Nemu loses movement of her legs during chapter 10 due to overextending her magic, and is now wheelchair-bound as a result, making her even more defenseless than Touka.

Mifuyu, Tsukasa, and Tsukuyo are also responsible for the whole situation yet nothing happens to them. Also for some reason I'm predicting that there will be some event or monster that will force them to transform in the future or die anyway.

First of, about playable units, it is more connected to it being a gacha game, Tart, Riz and Melissa have been dead for hundreds of years, Kanae has been dead for two years and Meru outright became a Witch, and OG Homura never as much as set foot in the MagiReco universe(not to mention she went on to become the Devil), none of that prevents them from being playable, if their current state had to reflect on their playable version, Tart would be a wet pile of ashes, and Meru would be a goddamn Grief Seed.
As for the other point, that's more related to specific actions while they were the Magius, rather than simply being the Magius, specifically creating Chelation Land(would've killed thousands) and summoning Walpurgisnacht to Kamihama(would've killed over a million, civilians and megucas alike), both of which Mifuyu was against and simply lacked the power within the organization to do anything about it, and the Amanes were too low in the food chain to even know about, Mifuyu had also all but betrayed the Magius as early as chapter 7 and was working against them behind the scenes for a while, with the Amanes following her as soon as they learned of her goals, and this is also taken into account, ultimately if they had created the Magius but had been cool about it, it would've never been an issue, creating your own private club isn't a crime, trying to use your private club to murder people for your own benefit, in the other hand, is.
