There is no base pairing in the Touhou universe so you can ship anyone with anyone. However, both this and Sakuya x Remilia is a popular pairing.

What's odd is I rarely see Meiling shipped with anyone but Sakuya. I think there's one on the reader that suggests she's attracted to Marisa, but that's pretty much it.

They're a great pair, but the fun part about Touhou is shaking things up to see what interesting combinations you can come up with. For instance, I've been thinking about Meiling x Patchouli lately, but that doesn't mean I'm any less of a huge Meiling x Sakuya fan.

Meiling has also been paired with Flan, which while I'm mostly a huge fan of Meiling x Sakuya is a good pairing as well
