the gratuitous tragedy and sorrow bore tf outta me. If you wanna feel REAL tragedy and sorrow, just watch gabriel dropout. There’s nothing more tragic than satania’s archdemon shenanigans

I think overall the series is beautiful done, the art and visuals are spot on. Even the backgrounds, and characters are beautifully drawn. It’s sad but it’s more about her growth and how she learns different things everyday and the movie is coming and we get to se the finale~

Don't watch it for the yuri cos there isn't any. But this is shippable and a lot of people do like it, so maybe there's something there for you..!

@Mimiyaah Thank you. I'm glad at least someone appreciates the series for what it is. Overall it's about Violet's growth and learning how to deal with the world, it's not "just" gratuitous tragedy and sorrow. The series has a positive message about surviving tragedy and sorrow, followed by moving on with life while remembering those that we've lost over the years. Which I think is a fantastic and powerful message.

The series is fantastic. It's really sad, but also extremely hopeful and has a lot of happy moments, while the emotional moments hit different. Everyone knows episode 10 is a masterpiece, but 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 11 are all fantastic in their own right. Certainly not gratuitous tragedy either. There's a lot of tragedy, but all of it pushes a narrative and is mixed with a lot of lighter episodes.

@Fluffycow Thank you, and you too! I have so many people that misinterpreted the series itself and i’m glad at least some people understand. Of course the series itself don’t have Yuri in it, but overall it’s a beautiful story.
