Both are probably too mystic to be troubled by mere microbes, but they could potentially become carriers I guess? Then again last I checked they mostly kept the kind of company that is if anything even less likely to be bothered by mortal human diseases...

The Gensokyo citizen that gets affected by a slightly worse flu wouldn't have survived in that place to begin with.

Unless, of course, Covid-19 somehow mutates into a myth or yokai and enters gensokyo on it's own, at which point all bets are off and Reimu will probably be necessary.

One of the few viruses that Eirin has yet to cure is Yamame's poison. And that's because its youkai magic. So I'm guessing she can easily deal with covid
