How do you even make these types of pancakes? To me a pancake is about 2mm thick and 10 inch diameter, cooked and flipped in a frying pan, folded up with cream and lemon and sugar etc added and you have about 3 at once..
but in japan they always seem to be these small inch thick cake thingies.

I have a solution, take a pancake, top it with French toast, proceed to sandwich it between two waffles, then wrap it all up into a crepe.
