Normally we'd jump at rings in a pic, but It occurs to me that they mean an entirely different thing in this universe...or maybe not in this case?

The rings here are their soul gems/ sign they are magical girls.
It’s also not on their ring finger.

Yes, do note they also have a mark on the nail of that finger, that mark is on the shape and color of their soul gem and it is true to lore, every meguca has a similar mark of the same nature on the finger they wear their soul gem ring, that mark also disappears while the girl is transformed, since the soul gem is elsewhere in those times.
There are a few more fun details about soul gem rings, they are meant to have the name of the girl who they belong to engraved onto them in Witch Runes, a detail very often omited both in fanart and official art because it is a really tiny detail that it is hard to make look good at a distance, plus the rings have a single jewel to them, but on the side of the girl's palm, the soul gem pops out of that jewel in egg form so that it is within the girl's grasp and they can grab it to be able to transform.

Oh, I am by no means denying that, I just love the lore details and the inner workings of the magical girl system almost as much as I love the yuri and I will rant about them at the drop of a hat.

Lol, yeah was pointing toward the duality the rings seem to pose in this particular pic.
In a way both tragic and joyous at the same time.
Thanks for all those details, quite interesting!

I'm pretty sure she is (or at least good at making hot pot). Mitama is one of the magical girls that's bad at cooking according to a side story.

Iroha is good at cooking but it is pointed out she has the issue her cooking is rather bland, this is because she learned to cook by cooking for Ui back when Ui was hospitalized, and Ui couldn't handle a whole lot of sodium due to her condition, so Iroha's cooking has very little seasoning as a result, something Felicia complains about, Iroha quotes her as saying that she "cooks like a granny" at one point.
