The one pair that got one image on this site is undoubtedly yuri.
This one that got two images is more like... a mutual yuri crush from what I understood? Especially from Eri's side, but... LOOK, IT'S COMPLICATED, OK?

The pair that have a single fanart piece uploaded here are basically a couple, though it's never said, they just spend all their time together and are always holding hands when it's just the two of them.
The pair in this image... Maina (the Idol) has given hints she like Eripiyo romantically, but Eripiyo has never given any hint that she romantically likes the Maina, just mega 'OMG I LOVE YOU' fangirl. There is even a scene when one of the male characters mentions he romantically likes his favourite, Eripiyo and the other guy comment with "Can't relate".

If girls are in love with each other, it's yuri, don't complicate yourself with technicalities, they being already in a relationship or not isn't a factor.

(If you haven't... well, let me just tell you that there are already 6 volumes out, and Eri and Maina haven't made any progress since chapter 1: no kisses, no dating, no talking about their feelings, nothing at all. >_< )

Answering Newt AND Minagi up there, there IS a scanlation, but it's in Spanish (I'm from Spain, so I have no problem with that.) The scanlation ends at the start of the fourth volume. Rainy Devil is the scanlation group, if you want to follow them even if you can't read Spanish. And hi! I'm "new" here (the account at least.) It's a pleasure. Ciao~
