Also if we're assuming that the Fodlan calendar and holidays is one to one with our calendar then this is an impossibility. Cause y'know, Edelgard starts the war in January and all that. And even without that Byleth would have their minty hair at the end of December anyways.
Also, this probably takes place in the middle of the timeskip,so Byleth's probably fine.

Yukari/Artist note: interpret it however you like, may it be during timeskip or post-war cf
but its rly post-war cf where byleth didnt make it and el never got to tell her that she loves her au, the time she went to her grave was valentines day and she finally left the letter she wasn't able to give her in those years at the academy.
