It's like those stories where the romantic interest that didn't get their feelings reciprocated goes and finds someone REALLY similar to the person they liked, except Sayaka went and got someone that looks more like the person that beat her in the love triangle ^^;;
Anyway, as someone that likes the rarepair of Yuu x Sayaka I feel slighty validated xD at least in an "aesthetic" level ^^
hope I can read these novels soon, I am happy that Sayaka got her happy ending~

I also wouldn’t say that she looks exactly like Yuu. It looks to me like she has a more angled and mature face than Yuu, and that Yuu’s eyes are more orange or yellow than Haru’s brown.

I have always been imagine+wish that Sayaka's future girlfriend will look like Yuu and have the same hair color since the news about her novel came out. And it's true! Holy Moly!
I don't know why but I always imagine/day dreaming about Sayaka's girlfriend have personality a bit like Yuu and look like Yuu. I just like that thought a lot. Awwwwwww

Guys, Haru was introduced at the end of novel 2, and it was specifically mentioned that she reminded Sayaka of Yuu, so it make sense that there's a resemblence, It's not the author being sloppy or making all their characters look alike, it's an intentional coincidence.

And the dark skinned girl is only in the childhood part of the novels. most people don't end up with their childhood crush, contrary to the expectations engendered in us by romance manga.
