Frozen (and its sequel) are just super popular in Korea. Regarding the fanfic, it's been translated to Korean, Chinese, and Russian, with the Korean version being completely translated here: https://m.blog.naver.com/lsh4710711/220067484269
There are a lot of comments on the Korean translation, so I'm assuming it's one of the most well-known Frozen fanfics in Korea.

Never thought A Formal Arrangement would be translated in multiple languages despite having its last update on 2016. God I miss it so much. I'm happy that Frozen is big in Korea too. Thanks for the fanart link @Norainhere !
