^Nah! That’s body paint! (Just kidding!) The legging lingerie is a great idea to adding detail to NSFW artwork. It’s hard to add detail to nudity when there’s little shadowing and muscle contours in the drawing... so putting in lacy lingerie is a good alternative. The use of black/coal shading for the leggings is great as it doesn’t distract away from the artist’s focus in the artwork, which is the facial expressions of the two women.
Hand placement and illustration of those hands are good but needs a little more work. (Nails?)

I liked the idea someone had where the reason she has the leggings is because growing up with Jeralt she never learned what normal clothes are and so she just wears them because she has them.
