Honestly it's hard to see Nozomi as the dominant one. Even with Eli the best she could do was power bottom, but Camilla is a different beast entirely

Nah, Nozomi is definitely dominant, if she knows someone long enough she could get under their skin and push their buttons, even Camilla. It totally goes both ways with Camilla, though, as she can pull Nozomi's strings and top her with ruthless affection.

There is one person or a small group of people who 1) are obsessed with Nozomi/Camilla and 2) have a belly button fetish. That's why there's a very surprising amount of fanart and fanfiction of Nozomi and Camilla and one of them is licking the other's belly button, much of it commissioned.

I checked out some of the fanart, and yeah, it's mostly one artist making Nozomi x Camilla art with having one of their belly buttons licked. However, I did find one art that was by another artist and it wasn't belly button licking.

She's the type that's good at dishing it out on other people (and OCCASIONALLY taking it) as a joke but when she's properly on the receiving end even non-lewd handholding gets her all meek and blushing.
