For some reason, because of the author's artstyle, this doesn't feel like Girls und Panzer at all.
TBCH, I feel like, if I hadn't read the tags, I would've comfused the blonde one for a certain het girl from a different anime named suspiciously like the old name of the most populous middle eastern nation.
