@Azero25 It's not ''canon'' since all romances are optional and the avatar (blue haired girl) has a bunch of other potential options in 3H, but if you do choose to romance one of the 5 lesbian options, you will enter a legitimate relationship with them/potentially marry. This pairing in particular is popular because the avatar and the white haired girl are both the protagonists of their route and have very intimate moments together.

I wouldn't say that but close enough @reirin the supports in some cases don't take in mind you are playing as FEMC with them lol and for all my gay male boys out there they 100% got the shit end of the stick.
Byleth x Edelgard is pretty poplar because she has this weird obsession with the MC in just about every route more so then the rest of the cast.

I was kinda put off the setting but im tempted to get it now I know it has yuri options :)
But the game is like a group of friends & schoolmates who all have to end up going to war on different sides and killing each other for 'reasons' right? Sounds rather depressing..? I dont enjoy killing characters I like.

@elevown You can avoid killing characters that you like by inviting them to join your class before the first part of the story is over and the conflict starts, with a few exceptions.

I afaik you can still not make lesbian couples without the MC, so it's not a complete victory.

@juanelric Depends on how loose your definition of couple is. While no one is ever directly stated to marry their partner, there are just some supports/endings that are basically all but saying that the two girls ended up together (dorothea/petra [you could honestly assume they married in this one], dorothea/manuela, shamir/catherine to a lesser extent). Others still highlight the very strong bond between the two girls (mercedes/annette, edelgard/lysithea) and others have very open ended endings so you can use your goggles. Like, Leonie/Shamir is pretty unromantic from the supports/ending, but they do spend the rest of their lives together so you can make up some headcanon.
