There’s been such a big gap between releases that I’m not sure when/how these two turned from two high school girls goofing off into something more lol... either way the last few chapters with them have been gold... they ended up being one of my favorite couples
Kishi Torajirou, was always good with facial expressions and body language, but looking back at the earlier releases and now... wow... definitely kicked up a notch... much improvement on something that was already quite good...

It's not as extreme, and we do have Ai and Chie just as Hibike Euphonium has the spinoff couple. But this is like Reina and Kumiko, because not only the reader gets yuri-baited, one of the two characters does, too, in-story. Miyoshi needs to go to yuri court and be sentenced to yuri jail. Dunno how that would work, but she deserves it.

Hibike Euphonium was called bait-y because Reina did so much teasing of Kumiko, but it wasn't exactly because Kumiko was having Yuri feelings. So the baiting was in-story. I'm saying Miyoshi sort of does a milder version of what Reina did to Kumiko. Unlike Hibike Euphonium, I want them to be a couple not have Ayano go off and find someone else like Kumiko did with Asuka.
