That doujin is actually a compilation of six of Ayukko's other doujins.
We went on our honeymoon 1 & 2, My Wonderful Wife, MadoHomu Playing House, and two unscanlated ones called かぞくりょこうにいってきました (We Went on a Family Vacation), and うちのお嫁さんがいちばんカワイイ! (My Wife is the Cutest!)

Its basically just wearing a waistcoat and bow-tie with a more or less normal schoolgirl outfit that is coloured to match / suggest a tux? I think I'd loose the tails in RL tho- or at least shrink them a lot.
p.s obviously a schoolgirl outfit isn't gonna look good at a wedding for a mature woman tho- but if she is young enough, (especially still in actual school), it should work?

^^ For what is worth, tuxedo with skirts are a thing, they aren't common, but they do look just fine, if the issue is the frilly skirt, you can sub it for a pencil skirt just fine for a more mature look.
Plus Ayukko's stories do have them married and living together as teenagers, one story even had Madoka instinctively respond when the teacher called out "Akemi", only to remember that she is still legally "Kaname"(homosexual marriage isn't legal in Japan, sadly, so their marriage isn't official) and would go by such at school.
