It's good. Just don't go in expecting Treasure Planet. Think more space slice-of-life with occasional action bits thrown in. There's a surprising amount of economics and assorted electronic warfare, too.

I never got how anyone liked it, but whatever. I'll just post my contrary opinion and say it's not worth wasting even five minutes on.

I always found it a bit entertaining how much more grounded and "realistic" the show was, compared to what the name would suggest. From what I recall, it was definitely on the harder end of the sci-fi scale.
