The white 'skirt' on Marisa- I assume that is her petticoat lol? I guess Reimu has raised her skirt- I think that is it kinda bunched up under her left arm? It might just be her apron tho.

Here Marisa demonstrates the basic framing defense against an aggressive attacker. Remember to always keep distance between yourself and an opponent during a sudden engagement. A close distance increases the options your attacker has, which by extension increases the dangers your face.

Last I checked, she can change her size fairly freely.
