Specifically, she's using the Hardening form of Armament Haki, which turns a person's affected body part absurdly harder than normal and changes its color to a shiny metallic-looking "black" (stylized as really dark purple), in some cases even causing muscular bulking up (particularly if large portions of the body are affected, as with Vergo near the end of his battle with Smoker and Law on Punk Hazard).

I don't think this is an armament Haki reference. Look at the electric shock in the air. I think she just really bruised her leg and it hurts. Usually that type of Haki makes a thick universal layer too, not something like this.

Holy shit! She may lose in a fight against the guy I referenced in the comments of some previous Asuka × Tomoko image, but she'd really put up a long good fight. If the interdimensional rift opens and the purple terror himself comes, the town WataMote takes place in would be a pretty safe holdout for a long time, only because Asuka is there.
