that's her symbol from training with tsunade, I forget what it is, but it's the same thing tsunade uses to keep her self looking young and increase her strength and healing abilities

That symbol is a point of concentrated stored chakra (the Naruto series version of chi energy) that can be released to provide a massive boost to her healing.
