^Vessel shenanigans always complicate things. Unless you ask the artist, it's hard to tell sometimes.

To be simple, it's Scathach's body but the one inside is NOT Scathach. They are 2 different person, only common thing is that they look alike. Even the tags on pixiv are different: "スカメヴ (Sukamebu)" mostly shows pics of Scathach x Medb, while "メイスカ" (Meisuka) will most likely only shows pics of Medb x Skadi.
So yeah, I suggest that we should have the Medb x Skadi tag to distinguish things better. Not that it makes any big difference though, I still ship the original Medb x Scathach anyway.

It’s tagged Skathach-Skadi on Pixiv, so yeah, this is supposed to be Skadi here.
