There's far more chemistry between Illya and Kuro than with Miyu.
Kuro went from only wanting to kill Illya and take her place, to become her overprotective 'big sister'.
And Illya went from wanting Kuro to just disappear from her life, to wanting them to never be separated ever again.
Miyu can be the third wheel, since their relationship hasn't changed in 4 seasons...

Their "romantic chemistry" is based solely around fanservice, even in the manga. They have an actual interesting sibling dynamic, but I assume we are talking about the chemistry that leads to the pairing no? Not everyone who has a deep connection has romantic feelings, when will people get that?

It's okay if you don't like Miyu or don't want her to be with Illya (I only said if you have to ship them, she is the more likely choice), but don't deny the obvious chemistry between them and how the mangaka actively portrays Miyu's growing dependance and connection with Illya.
This is all quite pointless anyway, because both Illya and Kuro are brocons who love Shirou lol

She does the same thing to the other girls at school and she makes sexual advances on Shirou too... unless you tell me that she loves everyone, please stop joking.
Illya sees her as a sister and wants to be the best older sister she can be. She has not once shown any romantic reaction to Kuro. At least with Miyu you can really see that Illya means as much to her as her brother and she blushes whenever they get close without any embarrassing sexual attacks involved.
The Shirou thing is played off as a joke, but Illya actually has feelings for him, confirmed by herself and the story. It can't be any more blatant. I didn't say anything about endgame, in fact I am 100% certain there won't be any romantic pairing at the end involving the lolis. And it's better that way.
