(Not to cause discord but) The show was really good up untill right after the wedding, after that it just got worse and worse and ended up with space battles outa nowhere. And there was a yuri couple, at the last episode we see an older Ikuno (girl on top) with what we can asume to be her wife sitting next to her hospital bed holding her hand.

Nothing against Ikuno and I do love a good yuri ship, but I still think Goro was the best match for Ichigo.

@ThatAroAce to be honest i don´t remember much of the final episode i only finish the show because a friend force me to so i don´t remember the yuri couple
i don´t think that the first half was particulary good it was fine but that just because the show is a blatant TTGL/evangelion copycat

I forgot to continue the series multiple times, so I ended up watching it only halfway through. Everything I read about the ending make me think that's for the best.
