It's not dead, the artist said that it was just fantasy when they posted that pic. So you can effectively consider it to be non-canon.

I feel like the boobs are kinda... blown out of proportions? they seem a tad big but aside from that i love this pairing so much i really want a manga based on these two cmon Author: 23 make it happen!! i want a story based on this pair so badly these pictures are amazing but its got Story potential too
