Pharah's is a skin; it's the one she got this year. Only difference is it's just the armor. There's no corporeal "body," just blue mist eschewing from the disembodied plates. There's a spray for it, too, and maybe an icon. And I think Mercy's collar and wings are from the witch skin, which she got two years ago.

@HellAQA i havent gotten pharah's skin yet sadly, i got bad luck with lootboxes lol. i got mercy's skin when it was the anniversary event with my grind money :) i want that fuckin armour tho it looks tight as fuck
