Ah, the eternal "Isn't this incest?" argument? Could go either way on the issue, really. Haruna and Kongou weren't made in the same shipyard, so they're sisters in name only. On the other hand, they refer to each other as sisters and think of each other as sisters so...

That’s true and I agree, but they do belong in the same class of battleships. That’s essentially being in the same family so Shipcest seems more fitting :p
